Coke and Sympathy

Hi everyone, my name is Alex Walp and I'm doing an art installation at Skylab on March 1st and 2nd. The Opening is on the 1st and will be from 6-10 PM. The additional gallery hours on the 2nd will be from 12-3 PM. If you need a map you can get on at my website: alexwalp.com.

How eXtreme Are Your Crafting Abilities?!!

Katie Parker has intrigued me by her post about Garth (Extreme Craft) Johnson's lecture/potluck on her blog, Columbus Is Okay. I have been an interested bystander to the alternative craft movement for two years, and am anxious to attend. Any Griddle bloggers/fans who want a good excuse to kick it with me and eat potluck food while taking crafting TO THE EXTREME should attend.

We Got Some Love From Columbus Rides

Ray George has linked to us on his blog, Columbus Rides. Naturally, I'll return the favor. For those who don't know the good news, Columbus Rides very comprehensively chronicles cycling in Greater Columbus.

My favorite posts are the Monday Night Ride reports. His recaps are concise and at times humorously to-the-point. Sometimes Ray even adds a Google Map of the ride with his GPS device. Nerdgasm!
